Mr Bernard Sleiter

Mr. Sleiter is an eminent Cosmetic Surgeon specialising in plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He holds the qualification, Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) or the equivalent qualification from a European or Commonwealth country. In the last five years he has performed more than 1,600 surgical procedures covering a wide spectrum of treatments, ranging from breast reduction and arm lifts, to nose reshaping, facelifts and liposuction.

He is a member of numerous affiliated bodies and societies, including the Italian Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and the Academy of Aesthetic Surgery and has written many publications on plastic reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, presenting academic papers in different countries worldwide.

Born in South Africa, Mr. Sleiter completed his education in what he considers his home country of Italy, where he has lived most of his life and where he has been registered as a specialist in Plastic Surgery for over 12 years.

His career began when he graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1985 and 1990, with a Postgraduate Specialist Diploma in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and started practising at the Birkdale Clinic in Crosby. He progressed through various appointments and over the years has gained vast clinical experience as well as a keen understanding of each patient's requirements and expectations. He practices in a wide range of surgical procedures having treated patients at exclusive private clinics in Rome and Milan.

Mr. Sleiter regularly attends conferences and seminars as both speaker and delegate, keeping him aligned with new procedural and clinical enhancements.
